The Polish economy opening on world, emerge and evolution of enterprise with participation of foreign capital and blend, as well as Polish membership in European Union, will force on companies introduction of modern management technology and organization, but first of all, capitalization of firms. Signalized problems are one of most important problems for the Polish economy in process of integration with European Union. It belongs to add the ineffective and un-modern manners of managements were and there still are one of important factor beside lack of assets still lowering competitiveness of the polish enterprises.
