new trendsPresent publication, consisting of two volumes, is an effect of sent articles of participants of Second International Science Conference organized by Warsaw School of Finance and Management in Warsaw. It is not only a work of theoreticians but also practitioners of management from Poland as well as from abroad who in their publications share their experience from the range of managing organizations. The particular attention had been paid to new approaches to the process of organizational management in a global aspect.


Processes of globalization, Internet development, setting up virtual companies, network commerce, all of this creates new conditions of production and distribution, information access, possibility of elastic and quicker usage of modern approaches to the process of management. That is why modern directions in management go into other way in researches which had been decided by new conditions of running companies. The main issue for the enterprise is realizing basic customer needs. Market becomes more and more demanding, customers focus their attention on quality and reliability of services and needs in this range are becoming more individual.
